The apartment is modern, well appointed and very clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. The smart TV and games in the living room were great. I can't overstate how helpful the owner/manager was. He was immediately responsive and even let us in the apartment early.

Location good just off motorway. Bed narrow and uncomfortable, food choice limited for out of way hotel and breakfast bit poor. Dog friendly but not in eating place so had to sit outside with the wasps.
Dog friendly. Plenty of free parking outside my door. Large room. Clean comfortable bed, white soft towels. Conveniently placed just off the motorway. Gardens for walking my dog.
It is a very well located hotel with fast check in/out and reasonable prices. Free coffee all day is a plus as well. The is a big grocery store just at the door step and another on the back. Also it has a very good access to the road/highway system of Madrid. There is free and closed park underground the hotel. The staff I got in touch were very polite. Finally the hotel allows pets at a very low fee.
The staff was very human friendly and pet friendly :)
Me and my cat enjoyed 2 nights there, they have a green space outside, cleaning services are very nice, food is tasty and good communication.
It is 10-15 minutes away from Getafe Central Station(train and metro) and I enjoyed the walk :)

The room size was very adequate for our stay for saying there was 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds.
Bonus that you can park in front of the accomodation.
The cafe / resteraunt on site was g8, great food, and at very decent prices. Good service.
The area around was very good for walking our dogs.
And i can understand if we were given a less tired bungalow.
