Hi, i really feel bad with Thompson hotel service! I marked “ please make up room” when i go outside, i return the room at 2pm, i have a meeting so i talk that please help me to make up room at 5pm. I go out and marked again “ please make up room” , i m back at 730pm, the room was not clean 😵💫, it’s tired , i have to pay with 5 stars price but i dont know what happen with us? And, next morning, i wake up and go out, i see that, some one changed from “ please make up room “to “do not disturt”😓😓, hhhaah, now, I have two papers of do not disturb … I go to lobby and ask for clean again, but when i come back, still do not clean the room….🙏,i dont belive that, this is 5 stars hotel!!!! I does not worth with E420-450 per night .

The apartment was perfect for our group of 8 with each couple having their own bedroom and bath and TV. The livingroom and dining table was perfect when we shared late snacks, breakfast and discussions. The soundproof windows were enough to keep almost all of the noise out, except during trash collection and early morning rowdy drunk soccer fans. If you are looking for a calm residential community, this is not it. But if you are like us looking to see Madrid and walk to most of the major sites, this apartment is perfect ! The location is very central. So convenient. Restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, very nice market and food to go at basement of Corte Ingles, and taxi at hotel, all less than 50 steps from the front door. We took a taxi from the airport and he dropped us just a couple of doors from the apartment. The furnishings were comfortable though some chairs could use some tightening (wobbly). The kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware, small appliances were all working. The property host, Sol, was quick to respond and conscientious.

For an overnight stay with our dog en route from Galicia to the Costa Blanca this was fine. It is a budget hotel in a very pleasant residential area of an exclusive part of the outskirts of Madrid. The conserje was pleasant on our arrival but was the only person we saw during our stay. We didn’t have breakfast.
It was very clean, location is nice, free street parking in night hours. Self check in.
Ir few minutes walk there was Papa Johns pizza, and we ate it on the terrace.
We absolutely loved the location. It was so close to breakfast and a few restaurants. It was great to be so close to grocery and cercania too. It was spacious, safe and had everything we needed!
The hosts are friendly and responsive. The kitchen/living area is comfortable and well equipped; such a bonus with a small child so we could prepare food, eat at times that worked for us, and save money on eating out. The location was fantastic -- 3 minute walk from two grocery stores, two cafes, and the train station into downtown Madrid, a 10-minute train trip. Very quiet. Air conditioning, coffee maker, washer, iron, hair dryer -- really terrific amenities. Clean and modern.
The location is great, there are many bars and shops nearby. It was a nice move from the owners to leave a bottle of water, wine and some snacks in the room for arrival.
Very nice people holding the house, beautiful location, far from the city noises and the crowd in a small sunny town (30 minutes away from madrid by bus)
