The apartment is located a few steps from the main square and several tourist sites. It is also close to a metro station. It is a very cozy and quite quiet place. The apartment has an elevator, important if you are going with a lot of suitcases or older people, and it also has heating. Very close to markets and restaurantes. 100% recommended.

For an overnight stay with our dog en route from Galicia to the Costa Blanca this was fine. It is a budget hotel in a very pleasant residential area of an exclusive part of the outskirts of Madrid. The conserje was pleasant on our arrival but was the only person we saw during our stay. We didn’t have breakfast.
It was very clean, location is nice, free street parking in night hours. Self check in.
Ir few minutes walk there was Papa Johns pizza, and we ate it on the terrace.
We absolutely loved the location. It was so close to breakfast and a few restaurants. It was great to be so close to grocery and cercania too. It was spacious, safe and had everything we needed!
The hosts are friendly and responsive. The kitchen/living area is comfortable and well equipped; such a bonus with a small child so we could prepare food, eat at times that worked for us, and save money on eating out. The location was fantastic -- 3 minute walk from two grocery stores, two cafes, and the train station into downtown Madrid, a 10-minute train trip. Very quiet. Air conditioning, coffee maker, washer, iron, hair dryer -- really terrific amenities. Clean and modern.
The location is great, there are many bars and shops nearby. It was a nice move from the owners to leave a bottle of water, wine and some snacks in the room for arrival.
Very nice people holding the house, beautiful location, far from the city noises and the crowd in a small sunny town (30 minutes away from madrid by bus)
