The staff's courtesy and professionalism were remarkable. Their readiness to assist through WhatsApp and in person was a testament to their dedication to guest satisfaction. Palacio Tirso de Molina - THE ARC COLLECTION offers accommodation situated 600 metres from the centre of Madrid and provides a fitness centre and an indoor pool. This recently renovated apartment is located 600 metres from Plaza Mayor and 600 metres from Mercado San Miguel. The accommodation features spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Everything was great, the appartment was very luxurious and the amenities were great. The location is also very good at the heart of Madrid and close to nice bars in La Latina. The hotel staff was also very polite and helpful.

Please note that dogs are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of €35 per night will be applied (maximum of 1 dog per room). Guide dogs free of charge. Cats are not accepted. Best location right in the intersection of gran via. Love love love the balcony and the view from our room. Picked the best hotel for our first time in Madrid.

Located in the centre of Madrid, the stylish Catalonia Plaza Mayor is at 600m from the Plaza Mayor and within 10 minutes’ walk of the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. It offers a gym, hot tub and free Wi-Fi. Hotel allowed us for 5 hours early free check in. Front desk representative Juan was very helpfull and polite. Location was wonderful. Have a small balcone with main road view.

Great hotel, rooms are nice and clean, the hotel itself is beautiful, staff was super helpful and friendly, great location, we had an awesome stay!!
