The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as some of our party arrived in the early hours of the morning, due to their flight being very delayed.
Originally built in 19th Century, the Mirando & Suizo is the oldest hotel in San Lorenzo de El Escorial. It combines modern facilities such as free WiFi with traditional details.

We spent one night here and the location could not have been better. This charming hotel is situated just a few steps from the town square and faces the Royal Monastery which is also just a short walk away, across the street. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from in the surrounding streets and discounted parking is available just 100 metres away.
Our room looked over a side street but was still perfect for a one night stop over. It was well appointed, clean and very quiet when the windows were closed. We did not take the optional breakfast so cannot comment on this.
We would definitely stay here again.

the location was quite good, just a short walk from the centre of town

The hotel was very near the Monasterio, the location was perfect! It's good because we don't need to call for Uber to get to the locations we want to go to. About the hotel, the room was clean, bed was perfectly made and there's even a mini fridge for our food. I really liked the atmosphere as well. It was peaceful, no noise. I slept very well.
What a fab place. Modern with Location, Location, Locatiom. Excellent check-in staff with excellent suggestions on Restaurants and a bonus to get into the Royal Palace free. Discount on parking was a plus
Everything. Beautiful grand house, beautifully appointed, scrupulously clean, comfortable bed. Positively gorgeous bathroom, walk-in closet, delightful terrace. Ideal location, quiet but super-convenient, smashing views. Amazing value. I never rate anything at maximum, but I make an exception for this.
