The size and style of the apartment and the fully equipped kitchen to be able to cook meals while we were there. The apartment also smelled wonderful at all times. The way of getting into the apartment was new and clever using an app and acquiring the keys from the living room after entering. The location is a little far from the centre of Getafe but with a 15 minute walk you can be in the centre of Calle Madrid. There is an amazing Mexican restaurant right across the road from the apartment and a supermarket round the corner so that is very handy.

The breakfast was amazing, a "all you can eat" full of products even typical products such as "violetas" candies. It had vegan, savoury and sweet options, fruits, coffee, tea, sweets, toasts, etc. It exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and cozy.

Location is great, close to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Checkin was quick. Staff were friendly. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Parking was included. There was a mini fridge which was useful. Perfectly adequate hotel for a night or two and a decent price. Would stay again if in this area.
This was a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here, we chose this hotel for the location as we went to a festival that was near, it exceeded our expectations! It was near the metro station, restaurants, cafes and shops were all very near and it's a nice quiet area. It was spotless clean, the beds were very comfy, and the reception and cleaning staff were some of the friendliest we've ever met, they couldn't do enough for us! We would highly recommend this hotel! 😀
Our second year staying in Parquesur while attending Mad Cool festival! Brilliant location - 10 minute taxi to drop off point for the festival. Great value for money and so much choice for food in the shopping centre right beside it. Short taxi to get in to the city centre to see the sights. Staff as always so friendly. We had a balcony room with a view of the pond which had a big screen showing the Euros and had a DJ which was great for a bit of entertainment when not at the festival. Will book again if attending Mad Cool in 2025!
We stayed 4 nights in Casa solis and everything was perfect, very friendly and good communication. There is a metro less than 10 minutes walking ( Hospital Severo Ochoa) and some supermarkets also short walking distance. Our room had air conditioning, mini fridge, microwave and hairdryer ( which was one of the best I ever tried in an hotel ).
