They shared their home, food and community with us and even went out of their way to make us feel special on our honeymoon. The rooms are big, comfortable and have stunning views of the lake. Lea made us some warm bottles for the feet because it was cold outside. We can totally recommend to stay here!!

The family that runs the place was incredibly lovely and gave us all the support to arrange day trips in puno and to organise our arrival. Even though it was very cold when we arrived, they took great care of making it comfortable and the food was truly amazing. ❤️

Its really not that impersonal hotel stay but the real experience in how life is on Uros. Felix did everything to make sure our stay was as beautiful as possible and really made us feel like home. As we arrived super early morning he organized our transport and even let us get to our rooms early to rest a bit before having an amazing local breakfast, prepared by his wife. On sundays he took us to a local community soccer game and we could meet his friends and share a beer with them. if anyone wants to have the real Uros experience staying with Felix is the best choice.
