Sauna really helped after a day on the mountain. Grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Loved the sheep and alpacas.

Plateau Lodge is located 15 minutes’ drive from UNESCO World Heritage listed Tongariro National Park, where guests can enjoy skiing, hiking, cycling and paddling activities. It was warm, clean, nice and cosy! The room was clean and pleasantly warm - much appreachated at that time! Shared space was very nice, well-organised. Always smiling lady gave us good advice what to see despite not very good weather-thank you :)
