Just 10 miles from Bath and 14 miles from Bristol, Crown Inn at Tolldown offers stylish self-contained accommodation and a high-quality food menu. everything about our stay was excellent. we were so impressed with the staff - we really felt they went out of their way to accommodate us and make us comfortable. and the food in the restaurant is the best we’ve had in the Cotswolds - amazing! what a fabulous place - highly recommended

Dating back to the 1600s, The Three Tuns is set overlooking Chepstow Castle. Our room was a little shabby, but knowing that this room was built 70 years after Henrik VIII chopped the heads of his wife s makes it understandable. So 10 points overall.

This historic inn offers great accommodation, excellent food, fine wines and real ales. The rooms and bathrooms at Bowl Inn have recently been refurbished, and all feature a Freeview TV. All well above my expectations, run by really good young people, I would definitely stay again

It was a lovely surprise as it ticked all the boxes for charm, authentic pub feel, comfort, friendliness and good food. The bonus was to have a lovely walking path on the other side of the road!

Friendly locals, good home cooked food and comfy beds. What more do you want? It is also close to the Bristol airport so its really convenient.
