The newly refurbished room had the style and ambience of a boutique hotel. The food, dinner and breakfast - stunning and plentiful. Value for money was off the charts. There's no exaggerating how exceptional this place is. We loved it. Thank you so much :)

Very comfortable and in an annex to the pub so quiet in the evening even when the pub is busy. The breakfast was very nice and the staff welcoming. They always asked what time we want breakfast so it was fast and tasty.

Breakfast provisions were provided, including soya milk for a lactose intolerant guest. The breakfast was more than adequate and we also enjoyed an evening meal there too. We loved the location in a quiet town by the river in Devon - great for walks after dinner.
