The host, Debbie, was wonderful and spoke of local sites to see.

The room was very clean. Received a warm greeting. Bed was a little soft had one of those form toppers on it. Tv work well and so did the internet.

The Cross Keys Hotel localiza-se em New Galloway, a cerca de 38 km de Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club e 40 km de Dumfries and County Golf Club. Lovely old hotel in the middle of the village. I called in & asked if I could drop off heavy rucksack & the proprietor Susan said I could check in early. She was very nice to chat with & so helpful. Comfy room & bed, good shower. Everything I needed. Big breakfast. I had a great walk down to Kenmure Castle - fascinating, spooky place in beautiful surroundings (see my photo). Could have very happily stayed for a week!
