An additional charge of US$ 70 per night will be applied for guests over 12 years old, inclusive of bed and breakfast.

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 50% nonrefundable deposit on the booking to guarantee, balance 30 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season 50% nonrefundable deposit to guarantee, balance 60 days prior to arrival.
Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises at the moment. However, we hold a soft liquor license, and we charge a corkage fee of US $10 for wines and sparkling.
