◎ For consecutive nights to stay, the simple cleaning is up to the G's request. If P request the simple cleaning, please put the cleaning request tag in front of the door.

- The simple cleaning is to change the face towel, bath towel, bath mat and nightwear and rubbish collection from the rubbish box.

◎ In case of the stay more than 7 nights, the accommodations will clean the room once a week on beside of the above housekeeping services.

- Bedmaking, changes of towels and nightwear, filling up the room amenities as well as rubbish collection from the rubbish box.

Please note, the additional housekeeping fees are required separately. For the further information, please contact the front desk reception.

Please note the lobby of the Annex Hanare will be newly renovated and reopened as "Lounge Hanare" on October 11, 2024.

Therefore, construction work will be carried out on the following dates.

[Construction period] Scheduled for September 24, 2024 (Tuesday) to October 10, 2024 (Thursday)

[Work hours] 9:00-18:00, of which noise may occur from 11:00-15:00.

*During the construction period, some work will cause odors.

We will take every possible measure to ensure that noise, vibrations, and odors do not affect your stay, including in the guest rooms.

*During construction work in the Annex, the coffee machine will be out of service due to relocation work. Drip coffee will be provided during this time, so please feel free to bring it with you. The main building will be open as usual.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
