The proximity for the airport is great and I guess this is the main reason to stay here. The rooms was excellent and teh staff very helpful and supportive.

If travelling alone in Japan and not looking for a "traditional Japanese" accommodation, First Cabin is cheap, clean, and friendly. Well, they do have a shared Japanese style bath, so I guess that part could be called "traditional Japanese".
A perfect location for any late or very early flight. Only minutes from the terminal. English is not spoken but not really needed if room is prepaid.Very quiet even though near airport. Showers and toilets are excellent.I will stay there on next visit to Osaka.
Since I had to take a very early flight, this place was perfect with a reasonable fee. Everything was good and if I would say one thing... if Check-in time is a bit earlier such as 3 or 4 pm, it would be nice.
Osaka
The property was a very short walk away from the Tengachaya station, directly accessible from KIX via the Nankai line. Location was very good, many konbinis nearby, so much space for friends & family, so many beds, and ther price was good for the amount of room we got. when we figured it out, climate control was very comfortable and shower was very good as well. wifi was also acceptable.
Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. Location of the property was second to none and very convenient especially when commuting to and fro KIX airport. There were lots of eateries and restaurants nearby the property so finding food is never an issue.
competitive price, public bath facilities, cleanliness, and staff are great. the WiFi is consistently fast too. The hotel is literally 5 second walk to the OCAT bus terminal, which makes trip to KIX easy.
Osaka
Best Location , middle between inbound Dotonbori and outbound Universal Studio/ Kaiyukan aquarium. And best access to KIX airport with one direct sky train. Car parking around the hotel.
