The room was very spacious. I was surprised, coming from a very small room in a Namba hotel. The bed was clean and comfy, the couch was clean as well. The bathroom was pretty spacious too, not your typical Japanese hotel room. The staff were very accomodating, made sure to confirm our preferred airport shuttle schedule. Our room has a very nice view! All in all, this is a good place to stay.

Well I chose the hotel because of it's close proximity to Kansai International Airport - I had an early morning flight. I mean it's about 10 minutes (by walking) from the hotel to the train station. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was pressed for time so I didn't get to fully sample the breakfast but there seemed to be quite a good assortment of breakfast items.
