Felt very fancy after a trip of smaller private stays and rooms. Plenty of space with the beds, comfy and had a large bathroom. Staff were excellent and check-in was easy. There is an onsite restaurant but there was a private function the night we were there and the breakfast buffet was not very large. Not an issue for us though as there were three convenience stores nearby (3min walk) where we got dinner and breakfast. Very close to the train station and the staff held our bags from check out to 6pm as we had a late flight.
We were lucky enough to be on the top floor and the view was amazing over the city and only 2 short stops to the airport the next day. Certain floors also had bag scales so you can check your luggage weight prior to leaving for the airport in case repacking is needed.

Very good location for airport travel. The free shuttle bus was on time and ready to go early. The room is a reasonable size and the bed is VERY comfortable. Fantastic connections to restaurants and convenience stores from the inside the building. Great value for money.

This is an amazing hotel interms of price, comfort and convenience. We checked in for the last night of our holiday as it was conveniently located close to railway station and airport. Its an amazing hotel . Our corner room on 33rd floor had fantastic views of the bay, airport and city. We arrived early and hotel arranged storage of our bags till check in time.
The room was the most spacious I have ever stayed in Japan even for our party of 4. Plenty of room to open bags and One nice touch was that toilet and shower were separate adding to convenience. The beds were super comfy. Wifi was excellent.
Its directly connected to Rinku town railway station. Lots of eating choices in the nearby Seacle mall also directly linked to hotel.
Next time, I would stay in this hotel rather than staying in Osaka city. Great value for money and unbeatable comfort.
