The structure includes two comfortable apartments, plus the possibility of a quadruple always in apartment 1. Ideal for those traveling as a couple or with friends. The apartments are all on the same floor with a beautiful outdoor space private garden inside the condominium, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, table and chairs 2 sunbeds. (except the part of the quadruple) The apartments are independent and also from the rest of the condominium. Apartments 1 and 2 are very comfortable and quiet and private. The apartments have a modular kitchen or kitchenette, equipped with everything (hob, oven and refrigerator) and the necessary (utensils) Apartment 1B the quadruple is composed of two bedrooms 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the bedroom a small living room. (The windows of the quadruple are only in the living room kitchen and in the bathroom of room 1) My brother and I take care of welcoming guests and making them feel at ease and we are available for any information on the property and especially the city. There are no particular problems with the check-in time especially (after 12:30) if there are no check-outs the same morning, it is possible to check-in even earlier and or even late at max 24:00. Guests will be welcomed with a bottle of Sicilian wine. The property has recently been equipped with heat pumps (air conditioning) microwave oven and bins for recycling and for the winter period the bed warmer. The property is equipped with a free fast Wi-Fi line (fiber) and a smart TV. . Both my brother and I are retired, my job was stage photography especially on dance or just passion. Started 17 years ago for passion, became a profession a few years later. The Casa Florio structure was born a bit by chance, inheriting the property from our father and even before that from our paternal grandparents. We renovated in 2017 and towards the end of 2018 we began this new adventure. After two difficult years, since 2022 we have resumed the pace of 2019. My brother Emanuele and I take care of the structure completely, both the reception part and everything needed to give our guests the best possible comfort for their stay in Palermo, with advice on where to eat well or information on Palermo and its wonderful monuments.

The Casa Florio structure is located 15/ 20 minutes on foot (depending on the pace), from the historic center of the city, but is still located in a historic area of ​​the city full of monuments, historic villas and historic buildings, including the Zisa palace with its recently renovated garden, the Florio villa, villa Malfitano and Wirz palace and a stone's throw (3 minutes on foot) from the Cantieri Culturali della Zisa ex Ducrot factory where you can visit the various exhibition pavilions with permanent exhibitions or events (concerts, theater and dance shows) The area is served by everything you need, supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, tobacconist, a large paid parking lot and the TAXI BUS stop and the Lolli station that takes you to the historic center and in the direction of the Airport.
