Hotel Antica Cascina Del Golfo, hotel in Scopello

Hotel Antica Cascina Del Golfo is an ancient farmhouse. Surrounded by a 105 ft² estate, it is set on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare.

This family run property is phenomenal. I’d give it a 6 if I could. Fantastic service and the view is as spectacular as any place I have ever been. Like most things in life it’s a bit of a trudge up the hill BUT it is so worth the trip. Utterly fantastic. Giovanna and her family are super attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Great breakfast and with only 9 rooms personal attention is guaranteed. One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed!

Casale Corcella, hotel in Scopello

Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and with views of the Sea, Casale Corcella offers sea-view rooms, free Wi-Fi and a BBQ in the garden. The village of Scopello is 1.2 mi from this B&B.

Just got back from this B&B in Scopello and had to share. It's not fancy, but that's kind of the point. The place is super clean and has this laid-back vibe that really helps you relax. The views? Absolutely incredible. Waking up to the sea every morning was something else. It's the kind of view that makes you want to just sit and stare for hours. The folks running the place are so friendly, it's like staying with that nice aunt who always makes sure you're comfortable. They go out of their way to help with anything you need. Oh, and the breakfast! They really know how to start your day right. Fresh, tasty, and definitely something to look forward to each morning. If you're after a peaceful getaway without all the fuss, this is your spot. It's simple, yeah, but in the best way possible. Perfect for clearing your head and just enjoying the moment. Not for you if you're after luxury, but if you want to experience the real, chilled-out Sicily, give this place a shot. Trust me, those views alone are worth it.

A nice place with several good beaches in the area, a Pane Cunzatu bakery, a bar with orange juce, and a few restaurants (we ate delicious pasta con vongole in the Nettuno). Unfortunately not accessible with public transport, so you need to book a shuttle from the airport. There is a bus connection between Alcamo and Palermo, but make sure to buy tickets in advance, and don't expect any taxis waiting for you in the Alcamo - better book one beforehand.

Scopello is a small village so more suitable for a quiet stay. There are no shops to speak of just a handful of gifts shops and one supermarket with pharmacy. We ate in the Square, not sure of the name of the restaurant but it had a very communal feel which was really lovely, so relaxing. I would recomment hiring a car as it is quite a rural area and things a bit spread out, not by much but maybe a 5 to 10 minute drive to the supermarket etc

Rocky Seaside with magnificent views. Steep descent to water. Not suitable for elderly people as paths to seaside dirt tracks Most seaside venues charge fee as privately owned . 10 -15 Euro. National park nearby with walks to beaches that are free with parking at a distance.

Scopello is a compact, beautiful tourist town with shops and quite a few quality restaurants and cafes. It is - thank god - bereft of any fast food or chain restaurants. There are many beaches, hikes, and water-based tours available. The "town" has cobblestone streets but is generally flat, so walking is easy. The central district is vehicle-free, which is great, except parking is a challenge if your accommodation is in the central district - I'd recommend you discuss with the facility(s) you're considering.

    Scopella is worth a visit.

Scopella is worth a visit. The coastline is spectacular and the villages charming. Tonnara is an old tuna fishing village with a hotel and accommodation with private and public beach. You’ll need a car and comfortable walking shoes. A lot of the coastal areas are privately owned but you can buy an entry ticket to access the beach or walk the coastal trails.

Our stay was perfect, all the staff are kind and provided gluten free option for me. Our room was comfortable and clean, we enjoyed the pool every day after the beach, and the restaurant is a great option. The location is great, just a few steps from the lovely center of Scopello and it is also possible to walk to Tonnara di Scopello, and other beaches. Would definitely go back.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Futura in Sicily. The location was exceptional, and it was a pleasure to communicate with the friendly staff. One of the highlights was the convenience of being within walking distance to Scopello, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this villa for a memorable Sicilian getaway.

Nice room and breakfast. There are two supermarkets and pizzeria with excellent pizza next to, which is really helpful, since the accommodation is away from the Scopello around 15-20 min of walking. We did not have a car, but luckily you can rent e-bikes and easily reach the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
