Central flat in the trendy North Laine area of Brighton. Open plan kitchen/living room, double bedroom and large bathroom. The flat benefits from a sunny roof terrace. It is a 3 min walk to Brighton Station near to all the attractions and 10 min walk to the beach. It is in a vibrant part of town and next door to a pub which sells over 100 types of gin- if that's your tipple. The local area is filled with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to explore and soak up the atmosphere.

If you wanting to stay central most places cab be reached on foot. You are very close to the station where you can catch trains easily up to London and other surrounding areas. From the station you can also get open top buses into the countryside. There is lots to explore!
