Location only. No restaurant offerings, no breakfast and worst of all, no hotwater. If all your looking for is a bed then OK but this place didn't meet even the lowest of expectations. The staff are friendly enough but a Travelodge would be your best bet for the price,at least your expectations would be met.

The Sussex market town of Crawley is just south of Gatwick Airport, London’s 2nd busiest passenger terminal after Heathrow.
Its train station has direct connections to Gatwick, as well as to Victoria Station in London to the north, and Brighton to the south. Set roughly midway between the 2 cities, the town has long been an important stopping place. One of its 17th-century coaching inns, the George Hotel, still exists under the name of the Ramada Crawley Gatwick and is available on Booking.com.
However, the town’s history dates back much further than that. Records show it as being a market town as early as the 13th century, and its central Goffs Park has a museum containing some Stone Age remains found here.
Tilgate Park to the south has a lake, nature reserve and one of Crawley’s 3 golf courses. The town’s other leisure activities include bowling, a movie theater and a collection of restaurants and pubs. The shopping street is a mix of historic buildings and modern shops, and more stores are found at Crawley County Mall.
Practically all of the Crawley hotels, guesthouses and country houses provide parking and a few also have features such as swimming pools and gyms.

Perfect for the airport.
Perfect for the airport.
Grateful for the gluten free options. Not a complaint but would have been nice to have a gluten free meat sausage available ( vegan is very different in taste). 👅 Everything was great. Staff were lively and accommodating my mum who has dementia.
Staff were lovely.

We stayed for 1 night before flying from Gatwick.
We stayed for 1 night before flying from Gatwick. The hotel is very convenient for airport access. It provides parking at a cost of £10 per day after one free day while on holiday but there is no courtesy transfer service. We however paid considerably less for our parking at Cophall Farm. The hotel is b&b only.

I'm not sure if Crawley is a 'go to' tourist attraction but the hotel was convenient for Gatwick airport. I can't say I've explored Crawley a lot, but can't say I can recommend it based on what I do know.

everything was good, but I had to move to another room as we had a problem with the toilet as would not flush. Also, Every night we went back into room the electronic key would not work and had a 5 minute walk back to reception to re programme key. One evening we had to do this twice.
On a positive side, the staff were all friendly and polite

Nice enough satellite town for London.
Nice enough satellite town for London. Did not stay long enough to get a thorough insight into the place. Seems busy but not hectic. Couple of nice galleria/mall type places and a really good chippy just off the town centre.

Historic town with character, real ale houses and many local shops, good rail and bus transport links and detailed town maps, great little daily market next to large shopping centre at train and bus stations recommend Dixies chicken it was delish and a rival for KFC. The snooty Fox at three bridges station has great ales and friendly bar staff.

Fabulous bedroom, with sofa, microwave, fridge, widescreen TV, and bath & shower, plus Aircon, very quiet and spotlessly clean. The staff were great, the receptionist Anastasija helped us with a non hotel related problem which was greatly appreciated. Easy walking distance to Three Bridges railway station for trains or buses to town centre.
Very lovely design and beautifully designed rooms. I loved the idea that you could borrow shampoo, conditioner and razors incase we forgot our own.
Parking was great and secure, price was brilliant when compared to other hotels in the area.
A good shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and nearby bus stops that bring you to the local town of Crawley. Comfortable bed, and nice size bathroom. Helpful house keeping.
