This lovely 2 bedroom flat is situated in the desirable Roseburn area of the city, ideally located between the city centre and airport . The Roseburn area is well connected to key locations across the city. The nearby tram system (5 mins walk) provides direct access to the city centre (10 mins walk), Haymarket Railway Station (5 mins) and the airport (25 mins). There are also frequent bus services on Roseburn Terrace (5 mins walk). The area also features a host of local amenities including sporting venues, local shops, cafes & bars. GROCERY SHOPPING Tesco Express (3 min walk) Sainsbury's (10 min walk) SPORTS & RECREATION Murrayfield Stadium (5 mins walk) Roseburn Park (4 mins walk) Water of Leith Walkway (4 mins walk) RESTURANTS & BARS DINE (One of Edinburghs top resturants) (4 mins walk) Roseburn Bar (3 mins walk) Murrayfield Bar (4 mins walk) Free parking is available on site.
