Guests have a raised decking and seated garden area with bbq and fire pit. Great in the summer. The property also has a cosy wood burner, DAB radio and books for the winter. A fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet which is heated with an electric radiator.
A luxury shepherds hut located on a working farm in Hurst Green, East Sussex. Situated in the High Weald, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Views from the raised deck across the fields to the vineyard beyond. An ideal retreat to rest and relax. Farm shops within walking distance, in addition to a continental restaurant and coffee shops. London is just over an hour on the Southeastern railway line from Etchingham Train Station. Etchingham is a short 5 minute car journey to the property (local taxi service contact details provided on request). Hastings coastline 13 miles, Battle 7 miles and historic Rye 17 miles. Local national trust properties include Bodiam Castle 3.8 miles, Batemans 4.7 miles, Scotney Castle 5 miles and Sissinghurst Castle Gardens 7.7 miles.
