I love the bohemian character of Brighton particularly the lanes. They are full of unusual shops and the street markets are interesting. There's a great choice of cafes and restaurants and the people are varied and friendly. It's got a great sea front and there's lots going on, with loads of live music venues from blue grass to rock.

Great hidden streets behind the seafront.
Great hidden streets behind the seafront. Mid season probably the best time to visit. Lovely Sushi bar close to Lanes car Park. Train proximity from London ideal for a day visit - car parking extortionate! Brighton Pier evocative but missed the murmeration.🙁 Bit cold for the beach but seafront architecture beautiful. Great characterful pub adjacent the Queens Hotel entrance - a little too handy!

We visited Brighton for New year and the atmosphere was wonderful. My husband and I welcomed in the new year with drinks in some of the pubs each and everyone was friendly. We walked back to the hotel at 1.00 am and the city was still buzzing yet not once did we feel vulnerable and we are in our 60s.

The location couldn’t be better, with the beach at the end of the street and both central Brighton and Kemptown a short walk. There are lots of restaurants etc nearby. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was bright and spacious. The owners were really welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed the home-cooked breakfasts. We’ll be back!
Great location! Loved that it was only a five minute walk to the seafront, we went swimming at the beach every day! Also just a quick walk to the nearest bus stop (takes you to Brighton in 10 minutes). Lots of restaurants, bakeries, pubs and shops in the neighbourhood. Lovely host/owner who made sure we had everything we needed.
Room was large and clean, breakfast was hot, small choice but adequate. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was a great position, beach across the road, parking also across the road and loads of choices for eating and drinking nearby. Not forgetting the Brighton i360 also across the road!
The fact that the hotel has a car park, for about twenty cars, is a definite plus, since almost every area of Brighton now you have to pay for to park. You have to pay here too but less than you would do on the road. Best if you can get a space that isn't under a tree!
One of the best hotel in Brighton
Very kind staff, comfortable bed, High level of hygiene , amazing location directly to the beach.
Special thanks to Hassan and all of the staff for all the Facilities , definitely I will book agin
