Located in Wellington, House of Pirie features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Cozy house, I didn't use the kitchens (two) that much but it was well equipped. Lockers in the room, hot water ... Overall a nice stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Daniel helped us carry our substantial family luggage to our room. Above and beyonf folks working here. The place was kept very clean and the location allowed us to walk everywhere in town.

The hostel and hotel sections are distinct enough that, even when the hostel is full of student groups and tours, you can sleep soundly upstairs in the rooms and suites. The kitchen is a bit utilitarian but spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Fantastic location for walking the city.
