I was a bit weary booking this place because the reviews seemed too good to be true but this was one of my favourite hostels in SE Asia and my favourite in Malaysia by far. I was so content and comfortable here that I extended my stay by another two nights. The free laundry, the steamer, and the changing room are all such wonderful touches for a girls dorm. CP is amazing and very accommodating, always wanting to help. All of this creates a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which is social but not disruptive. I met lovely people and made some amazing friends. I would definitely stay here again, it’s exactly the way a hostel/dorm should be done!!

My room was clean, large and with a private balcony and bathroom. The night guard, Mohammed, was friendly and made me feel welcome and safe when I arrived at night. This is like a hostel for adults. Quiet and decent.
Amazing hostel! Super clean, no bunk beds so very comfortable, a laid back environment that allowed you so socialize so much with the other girls at the hostel. MK, the owner, was so friendly I really felt like at home. Air con in the bedroom, towels and comfortable beds. I can’t say anything negative, it was a 10/10!
The air conditioning worked well. The room was secure. It was quiet at night time. I wanted basic comfortable and clean and this hostel fulfilled that brief. It was helpful to have a convenience store and ATM close by. Location was pretty good and taxis are very cheap so moving around is not a problem.
Really great location, spacious common areas, and the dorms have individual sub-rooms which felt like such a luxury! You still hear next door neighbours but you feel like you have a lot of private space for the price of a hostel.
This backpacker's hostel has a distinctive style, and what's particularly impressive is that they have preserved a real tree on the wall, adding a natural and mysterious touch to the entire space. A great location.
Warm welcome by host. Perfect stay for backpackers and Frame Guesthouse is located at strategic place which is near to Armenian Street, Little India and famous Falafel vegan by walking distance. Bunk bed with separate locker to keep our belongings safely. Suitable for those who are travelling for work as there are space for them to work. Free refill of drinking water and most importantly, this Frame Guesthouse provides a comfortable home feel.
i loved everything, the owner was the sweetest person he even got me a couple of vegetarian puffs to try and they were amazing! is a great location with the city centre (Chulia street love lane etc.) on walking distance! the hostel is extremely cheap and they have a lovely common area (lounge with little kitchen)
great location lovely pet cats howie was very helpful (lots of recommendations and bought us fruits to try and other snacks) very cheap effective aircon great place to meet other travelers free coffee and snacks free water and ice bathrooms kept very clean overall would recommend for travellers on a budget!
