Possibly the MOST helpful and nicest staff I’ve ever met. The location 100/100. Lebuh Muntri is truly the most bohemian street in all of Georgetown. Extremely close to all the major attractions. Quiet at night. The room was basic yet had everything one needs. Special props to EXCEPTIONAL CLEANING!!! Beds were REALLY comfortable. Awesome experience 💯

Really great place, spotlessly clean and very comfy bed, great AC and strong WIFI. Plenty of showers/toilets so never had to wait and the location is right in the heart of Georgetown. The host is really great, very friendly and considerate, also very quick to respond to any messages/queries. I would definitely come back!

It was really clean and spacious. Fellow female travellers were nice and friendly. It felt like a house more than a hostel. CP was really friendly too! This is probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Really enjoy this place in Penang! The host is very friendly and give big help for customers. Place is clean, comfortable and convineint. If I go back to Penang, I will choose Aayu Chulia again !

Situated in George Town, 2.2 km from Northam Beach, The Terraces by Aayu features air-conditioned accommodation and a shared lounge. New guesthouse in town! Comfortable, clean bed and spacious living area. Well equipped pantry with everything you need. Host and staff are super helpful and adorable too. Free breads and coffee for in-house guests. Excellent!

Pine Armenian is set in George Town, 2.4 km from Northam Beach and 1.8 km from Penang Times Square. - Super well located (from the ferry, it is +- 10 minutes by walking, it is easy to visit the center of George town by walking from the hostel and if you want to go more to the North of the city or to the national park, there is a bus near the hostel) - Super clean - lokers in the dormroom - small commun area

Mõned Place Else asub George Townis, 1,7 km kaugusel Northami rannast ja 800 meetri kaugusel Wonderfood muuseumist. Tubades on konditsioneer ja ühine vannituba. I love this hostel! They have open mic nights on Thursdays that were really fun and they also did a few other events like movie and game nights. I met some of the coolest people at this place and we ended up traveling together for a while. Can’t recommend this place enough — especially for solo travelers. They also keep the place really clean and are right next to the shopping/bar/restaurant area.

New Great Shanghai Female Hostel asub George Townis, 1,4 km kaugusel Northami rannast ja 1,2 km kaugusel Wonderfood muuseumist. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. New Great Shanghai Hostel is in the perfect location, so easy to walk around. Jean is very kind and always willing to help when needed. The bed is comfortable and the room is very clean. The female dorm has its own bathroom which is great. I found the room temperature was comfortable and I think its better to save energy with the air conditioner only being used at night. I am actually staying longer than planned because I enjoyed it so much.
