All is new, very good beds, nice vibes, fantastic place for relaxing on the top, good kitchen, nice conversations, helpful owner, nice paintings on the wall, very clean room and bed, I can’t recommend it very well.

Staff were super kind and informative. Massive thank you Rox, Lucas and Asu! Very close to the beach and close to other amenities. Great value for money! I stayed in a private room - I had reservations as the other reviews mentioned the need to air con. However the fan in the room is incredible strong and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. Not an issue for me personally.

Beautiful and friendly hostel at Pavones, right next to the beach and restaurants. Relaxed, friendly staff and guests. We felt welcome and had a good time cooking meals in the shared kitchen and we were also able to work a little while there.

Excellent location and food. You are surrounded by jungle and well taken care of by the hosts. Juan-Carlos built the lodge himself and used to be a chef at a local restaurant. He’ll cook meals for you for a very reasonable price.

Bolita Trails and Lodging offers accommodation in Dos Brazos de Rio Tigre, 14 km from Puerto Jimenez. The property offers 14 kilometers of hiking trails, adjacent to Corcovado park. We lived the location. The trails were amazing. The hosts were exceptionally wonderful.

Safely able to stroll the beach at 5:30am and walk the Whale's Tail at low tide. At daybreak, thoroughly appreciated the immensity of the expanded beach and sandbar. Had the park, with the company of birds, the waves, and crabs basically all to myself, except for another person, way at a distance. Many tall trees around the hostel, with howling monkeys as alarm clocks. Saw sloth for two days. Playa Uvita bus stop from San Jose, Dominical or Quepos (not Tracopa terminal or town center) is 10 minutes walk, turning from main road and walking all the way to Playa la Colonia (aka Chaman) park entrance.

I love this place and highly recommend it. Everything was so clean and exactly as the pictures. It is beautiful, comfortable, and food was amazing. Also, the staff is so nice and welcoming. This is a great option if you want to disconnect and being in middle of the nature. Very close to the beach and 20 mins to drive to the town.

Very good experiences with this overnight stay. Friendly and helpful. Low price to spend the night in paradise.

Corcovado Guest House offers accommodation in Drake, only 1 km from Los Planes Corcovado National Park and 5 km from the beach. As was stated in the previous reviews, the accomodation is super nice, comfy, well equipped, in a beautiful location further from the town in the middle of the nature, if you travel by car, the 4x4 wheel is needed to get there, and if you dont have a car (like us), I still recommend this place! Mike is a great host, friendly, very helpful, nothing was a problem, very cool, giving us tips, managing arrangements for us... We really enjoyed our stay here. Pura vida!
