Situated in Himare and with Potam Beach reachable within 300 metres, Hostel on the Hill - by Filikuri Beach features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Gjiri i Filikurit Beach is 400 metres away and Prinos Beach is 1 km from the hostel. This place was the highlight of my trip! The owner is the sweetest lady. She doesn’t have much herself and doesn’t speak a lot of English but went to of her way to make me feel welcome. She kept making coffee and food for us (lots of homemade food from her animals and her garden) and got us water so we wouldn’t have to buy any. The morning I left, she even drove me to the bus stop. (Please do leave her a good tip if she does the same for you as she won’t ask for anything in return) I loved the location as it is outside of the city center with a beautiful view (and sunset!) but it’s still only a short walk down to the beach and some supermarkets. Super chill and calm atmosphere and easy to meet and hang out with the other guests. The beds are comfortable and not squeaky and the WiFi was very good. Also appreciated the lockers and the small kitchen. Disclaimer: when I was there, we were max 3 guests at the same time, so the experience might be different during high season.

Saranda Boutique Hostel provides rooms with free WiFi in Sarandë, situated conveniently 700 metres from Saranda City Beach and 1.3 km from La Petite Beach. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests. It was one of the most cleanest hostel I have stayed. Super comfortable, you also have curtains on your bed which gives more privacy. Impeccable towels and sheets. It has a balcony to enjoy the sunset or your breakfast if you want with a fantastic view. They were very attentive all the time, very nice people! I would definitely come back and recommend it. Super close to the town and you have a supermarket/coffe bar, restaurant next door. If you walk at night alone could be a bit scary as it's at the top of the hill and there's not much lighting if you're walking through the shortcout, but it was safe.

The rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a coffee machine, a shower and a desk. Rooms have a safety deposit box and certain rooms have city views. At the hostel rooms include bed linen and towels. Great place for solo travelers. The location of the hotel is great and so are the people working there. They are always nice, friendly and ready to help when you need it. I recommend with both hands!

At Saranda Backpackers each room is fitted with a TV, a shared bathroom, and a balcony with a city view. 1 min walk to Corfu ferry. When arrived was a barbecue on the beach. Nice rooms with lockers and balcones with sea view. Rino and Tony who running hostel are very helpful, know all the buses for trips or bank which doesnt charge extra for cash withdrawals. Even did washing for me.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a varied breakfast each morning at the Himara Hostel. Meals can be prepared in the shared kitchen, and enjoyed outside. Some places leave a lasting impression and this is one of them! Such a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful facilities and lovely people. Walking distance to beaches and markets. Really nice bakery in town for some treats. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
