If you are in Vlora this hostel is where you want to stay. Very quite and safe area close to the old beach where kind locals go to walk. One of the best breathtaking sunset I saw in my entire life! Volunteers invited me to a beach fish barbeque and we dive in the sea under the stars. Amazing! Super good value for money but also great experience for the soul I already miss you guys! :)
One of my best hostel experiences ever. Location was very good and it was easy to find, room was nice and clean, and breakfast (for a small additional fee) was amazing.
But the best part was the hosts; Tatjana and Ernesto are so kind and welcoming! I also got to meet other amazing people through them.
This place was a great experience for me. The staff was incredible and always helpful with anything I needed. The location is great and the lounge area outside was perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. Definitely the best hostel in Vlore.
The hostel was in a great location for the beach and to town. Breakfast was lovely, and communal which I really enjoyed! The rooms and property were clean and looked after. Had a kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Owners were really helpful with advice and directions, and there were some really friendly volunteers too!
Staff was super kind and helpful, even the 2 small dogs they have in the property. Great location, just one block away from the main avenue and the beach, but still quiet. The outdoors area is very pleasant, as well as the bar at very fair prices. Great place to meet other travelers or just chat around. Rooms were spacious and tidy. One of the best hostels I've stayed in the region.
This was my second time staying at Vlora Backpackers and the first time at the new location. It is definitely an improvement, only a stones throw from the beach and boulevard! The bunk beds in the rooms are comfortable and I like that there are lockers so you can store your belongings safely. Breakfast is also excellent! The real highlight though is Festim and his family, they will make you feel so welcome!
