The facilities are beautiful! It’s the first albergue you see off the Camino when entering Puente la Reina. It’s connected to a nice bar/restaurant. The rooms have AC, which is a huge bonus when walking in the summer.

Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
We have stayed here now around 14 times when we travel on motorbikes, safe parking and fantastic hotel, rooms are spotless and staff are amazing, will always go back here, great location and very good value for money.

Hostels usually don't offer free breakfast. At Aloha, even basic (coffee/tea/lactose free/regular milk/brown and white bread, margarine/marmalade, cookies, cereals, orange juice) seems a nice gesture. Not sure why people complain.
