Great location - very central in Pamplona. The dorm rooms are located in a different floor than the lobby, so sound is isolated. There are lockers which is good. The person at the front desk was very helpful.

Owner was very helpful, making a personal video for me before I arrived, as he wasn't going to be there.

Hostels usually don't offer free breakfast. At Aloha, even basic (coffee/tea/lactose free/regular milk/brown and white bread, margarine/marmalade, cookies, cereals, orange juice) seems a nice gesture. Not sure why people complain.
