We loved everything about Ings' homestay. The historical building is marvelous, the staircase so beautiful and the room decorated with much care and love. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and the amenities of high quality. The location is unbeatable, right in the center, less than 10 min away from the hustle and bustle and night markets. Ing is the most caring and sweetest host we have ever met, she gave us so many recommendations and took the best care of us when we were late for our bus to Trang. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The living room is spacious too. It has parking space. The hosts are quick to reply any questions.

Boasting a balcony with mountain views, free bikes and a garden, โฮมสเตย์เรือนเจ้าจอม can be found in Ban Bo Hin, close to Wat Laem Pho and 15 km from Golden Mermaid Statue. We had had a car accident after driving from Penang to our first place to stay, which was this one. Needed a lot of comfort and rest and this was the perfect place. The host and hostess were so sweet and had anything we needed, there is a river cafe 20 yards from the house, a private jetty which they use for their planting in the river which runs to the sea, a garden and we had a two storey house to ourselves and 3 cats and after travelling for 12 hours, was SO appreciated. We should have booked longer than one night and hope to stay there again.

Everything was perfect...the owners were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, the house was clean. Good value for money. They don't have AC on the wall but they have standing fans which is doing the job and the room is cooler. Breakfast is included and the food was good.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Offer us transportation option (since we came in early morning) and extended our checkout time. Very spacious & cozy room. I love the roof top area.. relaxing for lepak2. The location also suitable for shoppers.. very near to main shopping attraction. (Walking distance). Definitely will book again if i ever been to Padang Besar again.. Thank you for the hospitality.

We made a last minute stop in Pendang Besar as customs were closed. The homestay did not disappoint, the room was large and the beds are the softest we have had so far in Asia. There was water tea and coffee and snacks available Crisp clean bedding and towels, great air con and wifi.. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were stuck at the train station late at night with our two children (couldn't get a grab or a taxi) and they organised a taxi to collect us and he brought us back the next morning.

We booked the room last minute that day. Beautiful and comfortable room. The owner is very friendly and kind. The condition of the room is very clean and we are very satisfied. Close to 7E, 7 minutes to Asean Night Market and Central Festival. Very strategic place.
