There was water tea and coffee and snacks available Crisp clean bedding and towels, great air con and wifi.. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were stuck at the train station late at night with our two children (couldn't get a grab or a taxi) and they organised a taxi to collect us and he brought us back the next morning.
