She arranged a tour for us for 18,000 LKR, offered us tea in the morning before we left, and kindly assisted and guided us to our next destination. Without a doubt, highly recommended! The bathroom was also clean, and the room was spotless.

We were really happy we chose this place for our 3-night stay at Tissa. I will not write much about the place, the room and the facilities provided and the quality of services provided by the host; they are all better described by other guests and they are all true. I will - above all - point out the amazing care dedicated by the host and his wife in order to serve us the best quality of ingredients and prepared the finest dishes of Sri Lankan cuisine! That was the only place of all Sri Lanka over a 3+ week period where we had the chance (and the luck) to taste authentic local food - and it was amazing! Don't miss this opportunity and book your dinner (half-board) with them... you won't regret it!

The family is so kind and the service is excellent. The room is also very clean and comfortable with high quality Aircon.

Hosts were so friendly and helpful, they helped us book a safari which was also excellent and very good price. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka. Hot water, good AC, very clean, couldn’t be nicer!

The family that run Viveka are just wonderful. The actual property is superb, hidden behind a back road and opening up to a gorgeous rice paddy filled with exotic birds. The gardens that you can chill, sit and eat in are also so beautiful. We saw turtles in their river, it was really cool. The Safari they booked for us was AMAZING. Our guide was the first one at any leopard siting and just absolutely blew us away. We cannot recommend booking safari through Viveka enough. Our safari guide was called Sule.

Offering a restaurant and free bikes, MOON LIGHT Guest House is located just 1.1 km from the Tissamaharama Bus Station and 3.2 km from the beautiful Tissa Lake. 10/10 :) Bardzo miły właściciel obiektu, który po zameldowaniu zabrał nas samochodem na godzinną wycieczkę po miasteczku, kupując lokalne przysmaki i pokazując ciekawe miejsca. Bardzo polecamy safari z lunchem (pyszna ryba). Super zorganizowane. Miejsce dobrze utrzymane, ładny i czysty pokój, wygodne łóżko. Idealny nocleg na wizytę safari.
