It's a cozy hotel in a beautiful area. From our window we could see the canal and the city. The room was very bright and cozy. It felt like we were at home. The bathroom was great!

Set in Kyoto, less than 1 km from Gion Shijo Station and a 13-minute walk from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, 東山の宿 藤屋 offers air conditioning. The photos don’t really do this place justice. It’s such a little gem, and the host is just so incredibly nice and helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying for a few nights.

六根ゲストハウス Rokkon guest house features accommodation located less than 1 km from the centre of Kyoto and offers a garden and a terrace. Very clean beautiful room. Host was lovely and made delicious breakfasts. About 8min walk to nearest subway station, walking distance to Nijo castle.

The inn’s location couldn’t have been better. Situated in close proximity to the subway, it made exploring Kyoto’s treasures a breeze. We appreciated the convenience of being able to easily access the city’s attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. All in all, our stay here was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to returning in the future.
