The location was perfect for me (close to the start of relatively quiet and peaceful hiking trails, walkable to Starbucks and West Lake, but far away enough from West Lake to avoid the HUGE amounts of people). Sally, the host, was so welcoming and helpful- helping me to navigate when my driver couldn't find the place, offering lots of suggestions and tips, and even helping me when I left my boots behind. It's a homestay style, so breakfast was family style with other guests. It was delicious and filling.

Such a cozy, quaint, and quiet place for any traveler to stay, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful get away from the city. The location is wonderful, such a lovely area to walk around and explore, there’s so much to do and very accessible. the host who works there is so welcoming, both the he and the other worker was very attentive and friendly to our needs and the breakfast every morning was so delicious. They were very generous and gracious to me and my mom who stayed. I loved hanging out with the cute cat too, definitely a huge plus. It really felt like I was at home, such a warm atmosphere. I’m so grateful for being able to stay there. Also highly recommend you check out this incredible vegetarian restaurant just a 4 minute walk from the property, called Qingchun perma. You definitely don’t need to be vegetarian to enjoy the food, very high quality. I love everything about this stay.

Public transportation can reach where you want to go, and taxis and takeout are also very convenient. He helped me book and rent a professional bicycle at a very good price. I didn't have to go far to handle it, I just had the bicycle delivered to me directly. It was really a great trip.

The Subway station is not that far, but the distance is not walkable. We mostly used didi (Chinese taxi) to get to the temples or parks. It wasn’t more than 20 yuan. Room is clean, facilities are new, toothbrushes are stylish. The street nearby is full of the restaurants. We found a really nice tiny family restaurant (where mostly locals eat). The food was great.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Chengzhai Guesthouse is situated in Hangzhou, 1.1 km from Wushan Square. Attractively situated in the Shangcheng district, this guest house features a bar. Perfect place to return after a long, hot day exploring Hangzhou. The rooms are located above Dajing Coffee (check in at the hostel across the street), on a small street with charming shops and cafes and easy access to Wushan park.

Ubytovanie Tingjian Musu Private Soup Design Homestay - South Gate of Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area sa nachádza v destinácii Tongxiang 13 min. This is a homestay. Quiet and private. You get a large room, and if you choose a room with a bathtub, it’s good for two people, just like a jacuzzi. I didn’t use it, because I didn’t like spilling so much precious water just for me. I loved the room, and the staff was great. When I had a bad headache, he would buy me medicine because I was allergic to ibuprofen, which was available at the hotel. If you are vegetarian, don’t expect much from the breakfast, it’s not like the ones in hotels. However, there is bread, corn, rice, and egg. Still, if you want to experience the real Chinese way... this is it! I liked it very much! Don’t be afraid if your Chinese is as bad as mine, they speak comfortability with you via a translation App. Works perfect! My friend was picking me up and was an hour and a half delayed. No problem staying longer in the room, but at some point, I just wanted to wait in the lobby, and was pampered with a delicious tea for free. I want to say to the staff... You all are amazing people! Thank you for a lovely stay! 我想对工作人员说。。。你们都是了不起的人！ 非常感谢！

Set in Moganshan Scenic Area, July Bamboo Hostel offers free WiFi. Among the various facilities are a garden, a bar, on-site dining, gym and swimming pool. Rooms come with mountain views. The hotel is Nicely furnished. Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English. We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.

Ubytovanie Books&Bed Close to the Lake sa nachádza v centre mesta Hangzhou iba 3,3 km od miesta Námestie Wushan a 7,3 km od miesta Železničná stanica Hangzhou východ. Location was very good as the place is near food places and the metro. The view from the 18th floor was nice. I had the whole place to myself, a studio, which is just what I like. I could use the washing machine, the kitchen etc. Most of all, the hostess was very kind, helpful, and responsive. I enjoyed staying there very much.
