They were very generous and gracious to me and my mom who stayed. I loved hanging out with the cute cat too, definitely a huge plus. It really felt like I was at home, such a warm atmosphere. I’m so grateful for being able to stay there. Also highly recommend you check out this incredible vegetarian restaurant just a 4 minute walk from the property, called Qingchun perma. You definitely don’t need to be vegetarian to enjoy the food, very high quality. I love everything about this stay.

Really quiet district not far from Xihu. The Subway station is not that far, but the distance is not walkable. We mostly used didi (Chinese taxi) to get to the temples or parks. It wasn’t more than 20 yuan. Room is clean, facilities are new, toothbrushes are stylish. The street nearby is full of the restaurants. We found a really nice tiny family restaurant (where mostly locals eat). The food was great.

No problem staying longer in the room, but at some point, I just wanted to wait in the lobby, and was pampered with a delicious tea for free. I want to say to the staff... You all are amazing people! The hotel is Nicely furnished. Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English. We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.
