This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. ASB Baypark Arena is 27 km from the holiday home. It's a really good place to stay. Everything is clean and comfortable The terrace is a big plus. I recommend it to anyone.

Thinking of staying in Wellington…don’t skip past it off the ferry and use this place as your base just 30 mins outside the city and its night and day compared to accommodation in the city. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, there were actually birds singing (and feeding) just off the porch! The rooms and layout is very nice, one of the best places we stayed in on our month in NZ! Great recommendation for a restaurant (the Waterfront was v good).

Its professionally setup and run by very good operators like youd expect at a motel, very well renovated, parking is excellent, street is quiet, it has a/c, a lovely warm gas fire, an office in addition to bedrooms, even though not a new build, its the best weve had for our business group in a while. Ie 3 bedrooms, at the right price, with good parking. It will be great for a family too. Highly recommended.
