Elevated holiday home in central Ti Bay walking distance to Paihia/Waitangi and all amenities, 50 metres from the safe and swimmable beach. Great upper and lower decks with uninterrupted seaviews, often with a cruise ship in full splendour and a large elevated garden area at rear of property with a great BBQ ready to go. Three levels of building offering privacy for all guests with a variety of spaces. Fully renovated home with new furniture and appliances including Smart TV's and high speed fibre wifi. Large and well equipped kitchen to suit all great cooks with a large dining table and furnishings suitable for a Banquet. A perfect space for families or groups.

Neighbourhood information

The beach is a stones throw away, service station, takeaway and cafe next door with the Supermarket around the corner. Easy walking distance to both historic Waitangi and Paihia. The childrens playground a 200m walk, Golf Course and wharves all nearby.
