The welcoming was friendly and special. Lionel welcomed us with a lovely sign and welcome drinks. The facilities are incredible. You don’t need anything at all because it’s all supplied. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The pool is lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable. We loved the little treats that we got every day when we came back from our time out exploring. The breakfast is amazing as well. A very special place and great for time out and to relax. Thank you Lionel and Rob for being amazing hosts. We loved our stay!!! And would highly highly recommend.

As we were only there for one night it had everything we needed, but noticed that it advertised the cafe, but noticed that the cafe was closed and up for sale, although this was not a big deal as there were plenty of eateries close by.
Kerikeri was an easy place to get around.

It’s a wonderful art and food scene with hidden beaches and waterfalls all over the show. A great stop on your way through the north or as a base to travel from. It also has an airport for weekend getaways.

Rainbow Falls are worth a visit, especially on a longer river trail walk. The Stone Store is great but make sure you walk to the Pa Site to get a different perspective - about 250m to the right of the Stone Store and past the Plough and Feather. The pizzas at the bar behind the Plough and Feather are delicious! And the GF option was yum!

Has great venue for events and beautiful waterfalls and walks. The shops are varied, good quality, and many cafes to choose from with delicious food. We also really liked the Friday evening food fest at the Old Packhouse and the Saturday morning market there.
Richard has created a beautiful oasis for visiting Kerikeri. There were great places to eat a few minutes walk away especially Maha and the beautiful garden adjacent. The Plough & Feather has bay views of Stone Storey and nice beer for those missing ale in England. Nice coast to explore north and west or walk along the river. We look forward to visiting again someday and staying here again.
How spacious the room and con figuration of beds FABULOUS!! kitchenette modern clean with all appliances gorgeous dining table and placement of lounge area furniture also the balcony view that looks out to a cascading river and a great amount of the holiday park.
Our stay was marvellous, the chalet was warm and cosy very clean and comfortable and well equipped I would definitely recommend Kerigold Chalet Motel to anyone looking for a great experience and stay over in Kerikeri, 10 out of 10.
Such a beautiful little gem of a place to stay. Thanks so much Clais. Nice and handy to Kerikeri and comfy relaxing cottage. The pigs and chickens were so friendly.
