I was alone for work and I felt safe and comfortable. It was very clean inside. Had amazing views of the sunset! Bed was a little firm for my liking but it was still comfortable.

The space was lovely! Really well laid out, with everything that you could need for a short stay. The view of the water was gorgeous, and it was a short walk to the center of town. Excellent value for the cost, especially as a solo traveler. Would absolutely recommend, thanks for the hospitality!

You have to stay here if you're planning on being in the area. The villa itself is stunning, has everything you could want or need and although the pool and hot tub are a short walk away and connected to the main house, we felt comfortable to make use of them twice during our one night stay. The dogs on the property were the cherry on top - friendly and cute!

Thinking of staying in Wellington…don’t skip past it off the ferry and use this place as your base just 30 mins outside the city and its night and day compared to accommodation in the city. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, there were actually birds singing (and feeding) just off the porch! The rooms and layout is very nice, one of the best places we stayed in on our month in NZ! Great recommendation for a restaurant (the Waterfront was v good).

Communication was clear. We had a few adjustments to our booking, and Charlotte accommodated our requests. The house was warmed up for us on arrival. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and overall, very welcoming. Our overnight stay was comfortable for our group of 8. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and host. Thank you, Charlotte.
