The view of the water was gorgeous, and it was a short walk to the center of town. Excellent value for the cost, especially as a solo traveler. Would absolutely recommend, thanks for the hospitality!

Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. The property has an outdoor dining area. A phenomenal stay!! You have to stay here if you're planning on being in the area. The villa itself is stunning, has everything you could want or need and although the pool and hot tub are a short walk away and connected to the main house, we felt comfortable to make use of them twice during our one night stay. The dogs on the property were the cherry on top - friendly and cute!

Thinking of staying in Wellington…don’t skip past it off the ferry and use this place as your base just 30 mins outside the city and its night and day compared to accommodation in the city. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, there were actually birds singing (and feeding) just off the porch! The rooms and layout is very nice, one of the best places we stayed in on our month in NZ! Great recommendation for a restaurant (the Waterfront was v good).

We had a few adjustments to our booking, and Charlotte accommodated our requests. The house was warmed up for us on arrival. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and overall, very welcoming. Our overnight stay was comfortable for our group of 8. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and host. Thank you, Charlotte.

Bellevue Haven features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Masterton. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the lake and garden. All was perfect there... friendly host, really nice place, full furnished tiny houses... We spent very good time in Karen's tiny houses. We'll be back there when we'll be back to Masterton

Friendly staff who accommodated our request for an early checkin. Great location across from Rotorua Central Mall. Very clean with good parking. Mirror inside wardrobe door was very handy. Bed and chairs were comfortable. Good supply of appliances in kitchen and bathroom. Didn't use the spa bath.

The location was perfect for our requirements and the house was very comfortable for our stay meeting all my families needs in terms of facilities and comfort. I particularly liked that as our stay was not during the high season it seemed we had no neighbours as it appeared we were surrounded by other holiday homes.
The location of this property was interesting being close to an inland marina surrounded by what appeared to be expensive holiday homes. The area was very quiet with few people about although "downtown" Whitianga was more busy. The apartment has no means of cooking apart from a microwave and toaster which wasn't a problem for us as we ate in Whitianga, which has a good selection of places to eat. There is a private garden area to sit in which we didn't use, although a line out there for drying washing would have been useful.
Great location, close to shops and eateries. Private pool area. Friendly Host. Very clean rooms.
The service was awesome, and is very clean! The thermal pool was awesome, private pool very comfortable. Not much people, fairly quiet. Overall satisfied.
