Lovely little home from home touches. The bed was super comfy. Right in centre of lovely little town so easy to get meals and bits and bobs.

Carlisle Central, Cute Studio Appt, The Cupboard ligger i Carlisle, 42 km från Askham Hall, 33 km från Thirlwall Castle och 38 km från Brougham Castle. Very well equipped place including washing machine. Very nice was the Prosecco. Central place to visit Carlisle.

Cross Haw Cottage ligger i Sedbergh, 46 km från Askham Hall och 47 km från Trough of Bowland, i ett område där man kan ägna sig åt vandring. Everything was beautiful and clean. We loved the location close to town, honesty box of delicious cakes and eggs across the road

Dalesway cottage ligger i Sedbergh, 43 km från Askham Hall och 44 km från Trough of Bowland, i ett område där man kan ägna sig åt vandring. Beautiful cottage, beautifully decorated, everything provided! And the host was very helpful - answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. Loved the fireplace. It was already prepared and just had to lit it, the wood was enough to last us all evening. All throughout the cottage there were beautiful Christmas decorations that made us feel very festive and homely. The beds very out of this world! Extremely comfortable, with extra duvets and pillows provided. The view at the back was lovely, and bird feeders attracted a lot of little birdies that we enjoyed watching whilst having breakfast. Also, there are plenty of leaflets and maps at the cottage to pick the best hiking routes. Will definitely come back next year!

The location and cabin were incredible. Our hosts went out of their way to help us. We had an incident where the tire of our rental car blew out leaving us without access to a shop and no food in the cabin. They kindly provided us with a lasagne from their freezer which genuinely saved the evening for us.

Carlisle City Centre, Cute Victorian House. Ligger i Carlisle, 41 km från Askham Hall, 31 km från Thirlwall Castle och 37 km från Brougham Castle. No breakfast included but property was in wonderful location.

Rockside - Luxury 1 bedroom home with hot tub central, parking pet friendly hot tub turns off 930pm ligger 37 km från Derwentwater och erbjuder boende i Windermere med tillgång till ett bubbelbad. Came to Windermere for one night for the start of a roadtrip with my partner. This accommodation made our time there really special. Lovely and clean home, with a modern interior impressed us when we walked in. Having the hot tub there was amazing really completed a perfect stay. Bed was super comfortable, I really have nothing bad to say about this stay. Loved every second of it, location was great aswell. Hosts were very easy to contact and were very polite. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Windermere!
