The location was excellent, we had a lovely view of the ocean and it was very accessible by car. The holiday home is warm, cosy and well-equipped to meet needs. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, would definitely return again if I'm in the area.

There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. oneysuckle Cottage is a hidden gem with two park places. And soon as you walk through the door the cottage is elegant decorated and very cosy. With the hot tub on a private balcony I’ll definitely be booking to stay again left feeling completely relaxed

Situated in Kendal and only 17 km from World of Beatrix Potter, Cosy country cottage with log fireplace and views features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated holiday home is located 36 km from Askham Hall and 39 km from Trough of Bowland. The property is non-smoking and is set 5 km from Kendal Castle. Very Cosy feel, had all one could need. Must also be beautiful in winter. Self check in easy.

I can't rate the old chair workshop highly enough - absolutely beautiful find after a long day on the dales way. Excellent facilities, lovely kitchen with everything you could want, well decorated. It was a very cold night (about minus 8) but I was warm and cosy. Thankyou!

Cathedral Church of St Peter is 45 km from the holiday home, while Lancaster Castle is 46 km away. The nearest airport is Teesside International Airport, 97 km from Chapel Beck, Millthrop. A lovely cottage (actually a converted church) with an old exterior but modern and very spacious on the inside. We did not miss a thing for a very comfortable stay.

Featuring garden and city views, this holiday home also provides guests with free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 42 km from Askham Hall. The place was clean, in an excellent location for looking around the town, shopping and the train station. We came by train and used this place as a base for travelling to the Lakes District, taking the train around the Cumbrian Coast as well as going to look around Lancaster. The Cupboard provided a wonderful base to complete these activities, as well as looking around Carlisle itself. A bonus was the fact that, not only did the host leave chocolates and wine when we arrived, there was also milk in the fridge for a cup of tea or coffee and washing powder for use in the washing machine. Not many places are that considerate of their guest's needs.
