The location and cabin were incredible. Our hosts went out of their way to help us. We had an incident where the tire of our rental car blew out leaving us without access to a shop and no food in the cabin. They kindly provided us with a lasagne from their freezer which genuinely saved the evening for us.

Offering city views, Carlisle City Centre, Cute Victorian House. Is an accommodation set in Carlisle, 31 km from Thirlwall Castle and 37 km from Brougham Castle. Great location although Google maps took us past 3 times lol Good facilities - living room/kitchen plus washing machine, downstairs shower room & en-suite for double bedroom. We didn't use the oven, washer or the tv. Tried to put the heating on but couldn't figure it out. I had a contact number but we decided we could manage without heating. Alexa came in handy for entertainment. We used the 24 hr car park which was walking distance away & reasonable cost. £31 for us for 2 nights stay. Quiet location so no probs getting to sleep.

Came to Windermere for one night for the start of a roadtrip with my partner. This accommodation made our time there really special. Lovely and clean home, with a modern interior impressed us when we walked in. Having the hot tub there was amazing really completed a perfect stay. Bed was super comfortable, I really have nothing bad to say about this stay. Loved every second of it, location was great aswell. Hosts were very easy to contact and were very polite. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Windermere!
