I will - above all - point out the amazing care dedicated by the host and his wife in order to serve us the best quality of ingredients and prepared the finest dishes of Sri Lankan cuisine! That was the only place of all Sri Lanka over a 3+ week period where we had the chance (and the luck) to taste authentic local food - and it was amazing! Don't miss this opportunity and book your dinner (half-board) with them... you won't regret it!

At Heaven in Satinwoods all rooms include a seating area. The relaxed feeling is immediate as soon as you enter the walking path and head to the rooms. Dumi and his staff are exceptional. They are very attentive and friendly and had the best recommendations. Each morning, breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had dinner there as well and it was the best meal all week. Highly highly recommend this place.

They arranged a Safari in Yala Park, drivers, transportation to Ella and drove me to the bank. They also took me to a spot with a bat migration! Very safe, secure spot too. Great host family and space!
