Accessible via private entrance, all units have air conditioning, soundproofing, desk and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. All units are equipped with a safety deposit box, while selected rooms are fitted with a balcony and others also offer quiet street views. At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. The air conditioning worked well plus a strong ceiling fan. The room was clean as well and the host provided an adapter in the room. He also welcomed us with two fresh coconut waters and on the morning of our safari at 5am he was kind enough to make us coffee. On our last day he gave us fresh watermelon slices before checking out. We were also picked up and dropped off from the bus station by the host. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend

The Cabana has 2 rooms available to book, one on the top floor with a terrace and one on the ground floor. My friend and I each booked one of the rooms which are equal in size and amenities. Very clean and a decent shower, good ac and wifi. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She helped us with booking a Yala Park Tour. Best breakfast! Overall, great price and spot for access to Yala.

In the evening he took us for a bird watching tour during sunset, which was unbelievably beautiful. In the evening we ate a delicious Sri Lankan dinner prepared by the owner’s wife.
