It was clean, I liked the facilities, restroom, shower, kitchen, patio, everything was great. Overall the style of the guesthouse was enjoyable. Kitchen and common area/living room was pretty big. The dormitory was quite big as well, there was space for luggage, small lockers for valuables, even a sofa. You could hold your backpack inside your bed because there was enough space. I would definitely stay there one more time if I were in Nara.
