Amazing stuff, great location. It was clean, I liked the facilities, restroom, shower, kitchen, patio, everything was great. Overall the style of the guesthouse was enjoyable. Kitchen and common area/living room was pretty big. The dormitory was quite big as well, there was space for luggage, small lockers for valuables, even a sofa. You could hold your backpack inside your bed because there was enough space. I would definitely stay there one more time if I were in Nara.

They gave me a very warm welcome, and when I left, suggested a nice hiking route (山の辺の道/Yama no be no michi) which I did the day I checked out. 10/10

SLOW HOUSE NARA terletak di Nara, 19km dari Iwafune Shrine dan 22km dari Stadium Ragbi Higashiosaka Hanazono. Very good value. Traditional style, but with comfortable off the ground lounge chairs and a private bathroom. Very convenient location.

I had a great time there, The owner is a star host, I had nice conversations with her, She also introduced me to other guests which was perfect as I wanted to meet more japanese people, we had some drinks at night with the rest of the guests and the location was pretty near to the main attractions

An absolutely charming guesthouse in an old caligraphy school. We loved our stay in this charismatic, well situated place. Everybody was very friendly and if you don’t mind shared showers you‘ll be very happy here.

I had just finished a 3 day hike and was exhausted so the mum made me a delicious Bento box for dinner. The living space is very spacious and light, it felt very relaxing in there. The communal kitchen and bathroom area is also very spacious and has everything you would need.
