From all the hotels we stayed in our trip, this was our favorite! We had dinner here and the slow cooked lamb was amazing! And in this spot we saw the best Northern lights! This place will have a place in our heart!

Eldá Guesthouse is located in Reykjahlíð, just a few minutes on foot from Lake Myvatn. There is a golf course 750 metres from the property. Each room includes a work desk, a wash basin and free WiFi. Perfect spot to visit the spots around the Lake, close to the supermarket, clean, welcoming and comfortable room. The manager allowed me to check in way earlier because the room was free, so it was very nice. Amazing auroras directly from the guesthouse !

The lady was incredible the hostal was on renovation só she went to pick me up and put me on a guesthouse with even more consitions, on a room alone. She was very helpfull and the place amazing. ,
